The NetPeople agent uses a hierarchy of simple goals and sub-goals as the basis for standard core reasoning. Content developers can easily define additional goals to enhance specific interactions with the user.



NetPeople Natural Language Processing
In order to carry out a human-like conversation, a computer must be able to deal with everyday language.

Traditional agent technologies use keyword spotting to interpret user input. Problem is, this rudimentary technique is time consuming to develop, prone to frequent misunderstanding and usually provides a poor user experience.

NetPeople employs a more advanced technique: natural language processing. User input is interpreted based on its category, context and essential concepts. The result is a more natural conversation.
