For the challenge of everyday speech, NetPeople technology has a natural language processing (NLP) and reasoning engine. Combined with Interactive Voice Response (IVR) software, this engine enhances both grammar and dictionary-based speech recognition. More natural conversations are the result.
For the challenge of telephony, NetPeople integrates seamlessly with a variety of IVR software. This flexibility enables our voice solutions to receive and send voice data on any phone system, including analog-based Public Switched Telephone Networks (PSTN). (Most voice-related software applications have a problem with analog.)
