Developer Package: With Support Analysts in both Tokyo and Toronto, iNAGO provides NetPeople technical support for the Developer Package in two ways:

We offer web-based support on the iNAGO Developer Community Web Site. This fast and efficient first-level support provides everything expected by our professional partners in the developer community. It also acts as a "meeting place" for professionals to find out about the latest news, upgrades and applications for the NetPeople Platform and to exchange views and ideas on its Bulletin Board.
2.
Our Support Analysts are available during normal business hours via e-mail.
Deployment Packages: Deployment Packages are supported through iNAGO and iNAGO's network of Approved NetPeople Developers.
Training
The NetPeople Developer and Maintenance Toolkits include user manuals. Developer seminars, hosted by iNAGO, can be customized for in-house venues as required.
Application Service Provider
