Ron DiCarlantonio is founder and CEO of the iNAGO Group. Ron not only runs the operations in Japan as President of iNAGO Inc., Tokyo; he also guides the vision and strategy for iNAGO on a global basis. Ron founded iNAGO out of a desire to make technology more interactive, friendly... ALIVE!

Returning to Toronto in 1993, Ron founded 9003 Inc., Canada, the forerunner to iNAGO and while continuing the Japanese success of AQUAZONE in North America started the primary development of digital humans, which led to the creation of NetPeople®.

With NetPeople ready, Ron returned to Tokyo in 2000 to lead application and business development of the first commercial version of NetPeople. He now divides his time between Tokyo and Toronto guiding the global growth of iNAGO from these two strategic hubs.
Masahiko Tsukuno is Chief Marketing Officer of iNAGO Incorporated based in Tokyo, Japan.

With solid experience in sales and business planning with Recruit Co., Masahiko went on to immerse himself in the digital media business. He was one of the original founders of OpenBook Co., the creator of “Tower”, one of Japan’s most successful simulation software games. Masahiko has proven his entrepreneurial spirit with various business ventures including an Internet Café in 1995, and the fusion of digital broadcasting with the Internet.

As an original founder of iNAGO Inc., in Japan he leads sales and partnership for NetPeople solutions and his business development effort has expanded iNAGO’s reach from the web into wireless, car navigation and embedded devices.

Gary Farmaner is iNAGO Group's Chief Software Architect. He leads research and development of the NetPeople Platform in Toronto.

He is in charge of managing, designing and evolving the NetPeople technology to ensure that it meets iNAGO’s vision of the future while being able to handle current deployments and projects. As leader of the development team, Gary has been responsible for the analysis, design and constant improvement of NetPeople components.

Gary has over 20 years commercial software engineering experience in the areas of communication and creation of software development environments. Before iNAGO he spent five years as a Research Assistant at the University of Toronto/University of Waterloo, and at the Centre for Advanced Studies at IBM's Toronto Lab.
